Inner City Runners

Want to learn to run correctly, without injury or want to complete an ultra marathon, PB your marathon or park run then we can help you. Nic our running coach has years of experience and has coached many athletes to complete 5km to Ultra Marathons.
Nic will work with you to create a program that will take into account your work and lifestyle, but also set goals and teach you how to run correctly.
Working with a running coach is hugely beneficial and sessions can be done online or in person.
The first session with Nic in person or Zoom will take 1.5 hours and you will go through running technique, strength exercises, stretches and give Nic a good opportunity to sit down and get to know your goals, and more about you so that she can put together a program that will work for you.
We also offer running classes and strength classes for runners.
