Inner City Fitness is the result of a passion for fitness, helping people, transforming lives and wanting to provide a gym where everyone is family. This journey of over 35 combined years in the fitness industry by owners Nic and Raf.

Classes

Whether your goals are enhanced athletic performance, weight loss or health and fitness, we have a class for you! We run over 100 classes per week with a huge variety to help you get fit, strong and have fun whilst in a group environment.

Classes include weightlifting, endurance, strength, gymnastics, HiiT, Mobility, CrossFit, Yoga & Fit Kids. Each class is coached by fully accredited professionals, with a number of years experience in both coaching & competing, so you know you are in safe hands. We do a Hero WOD every Sunday.

This class is taken by our coach Dylan who has been with us for just over a year.

Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science in 2019 and has been a huge asset to us since joining the team!
