Inner City Fitness – the home of Inner City CrossFit!

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity. Although CrossFit can have a reputation as being intense and complex it is universally scalable and all abilities can take part! Our professional CrossFit coaches have the knowledge to guide you safely through the movements.

CrossFit workouts are a combination of gymnastics, cardio, weight lifting & bodyweight exercises. If you are after a well rounded, fun, challenging & motivating workout, CrossFit is for you.

Beginners

If you are new to CrossFit, we have a free introduction session for new members. This is a one-on-one session to take your through a CrossFit class and have you take part. From there, our coach may recommend our beginners program which is 8 x 45 minutes session where we will teach you how to safely execute the fundamental movements involved in CrossFit as well as ease you into the intensity delivered in class.

Drop In Class

Want to give us a trial or visiting the area? Drop in’s are more than welcome, if you have done CrossFit before (& can manage the class safely!) Contact us and we will book a space in class for you. We can accommodate for any length of your stay.

45 Minutes

Our classes run for a duration of 45 minutes which includes a dynamic warm up, set time on a skill or strength component, then the awesome workout! We have a dedicated cool down and stretch area for our members after class, plus the space to chat with your fitness friends afterwards.

What to expect

In a group fitness class, expect a group of up to 16 people sweating it out, cheering each other on, pushing their bodies (and not packing up equipment till everyone has finished the workout). Expect expert fitness coaches that will motivate, inspire and look after you, plus lots of fun!

Community

Our members commonly call our Inner City gym their second home. This is because we ensure everyone is welcome here! Inner City Fitness is inclusive to everyone and all abilities. Whether you are a beginner, we want to help you start your fitness journey. If you love working out, Inner City Fitness is the place to be! If you are interested in doing CrossFit competitions we have a competitive community as well as members who are happy not to compete and just get fit & strong!
