CrossFit Beginners Program

New to CrossFit? This is the program for you.

During the four weeks you will learn all the movements we do in CrossFit, learn correct technique and how to scale movements.

The beginners classes are on twice a week and you do need to attend every session.

The classes will go for 45 minutes

Classes are Tuesday and Friday 6.30am – 7.15am

and Tuesday and Thursday 6.30pm – 7.15pm

Whilst you are doing the beginners program you will also get the following classes for free

  • Endurance
  • Running Intervals
  • Strength
  • Mobility
  • Hiit
  • Yoga
  • Gymnastics

So you can join as many classes as you wish

Group size is limited to 10 people

The price is $199 and can be paid off weekly if needed by direct debit
