If you're a complete beginner, the Inner City CrossFit team has got your back with this 4-week program...no pressure, loads of support PLUS you can bring a friend for free AND pick your days and times!

4 WEEKS
Your beginner onboarding program will have 8 x 45 minute classes running over four weeks. During this time we will teach you how to safely and correctly perform the fundamental movements and techniques involved in CrossFit, how to scale movements to your abilities and how to get great results out of your regular training.
Our friendly coaches will motivate, inspire and look after you. Not to mention, each class will be loads of fun.
PLUS you can bring a friend to join you for free AND pick the days and times which best suits you!
Classes run for a total duration of 45 minutes but it's not high intensity for the full class. You will go through a dynamic warm up, spend some time on a skill or strength component, then finish with a workout.
There's no need to rush off straight afterwards. We have a dedicated cool down and stretch area for our members plus the space to chat with your new friends afterwards.
After the 4 weeks, your membership will automatically transition to a part-time membership ($54 per week) which can be upgraded to a full-time membership ($74 per week) at any time you wish.
CrossFit workouts are based on the principles of high intensity interval training which greatly increases the body’s metabolic response and ability to burn fat. It also supports cardiovascular health, improves joint health and helps with back support.
The variety of high-intensity movements in CrossFit helps you increase muscle strength, stamina, and allows you to build lean and defined muscle mass.
CrossFit classes feature warm up and cool down exercises which often include functional exercises that match the movements you do every day. These include squats, kettlebell swings or overhead presses to help improve agility, balance, and flexibility.
CrossFit workouts are never the same, so there's plenty of variety and creativity. There are thousands of combinations of exercises you can do, so you might see the same exercise again but not often in the same arrangement.
Fast intense workout classes to fit in before or after work. You can achieve the same (if not better) results of a traditional workout but in half the workout time.
Our members call the gym their second home. Everyone is welcome. Inner City Fitness is inclusive to everyone and all abilities. If you are interested in doing CrossFit competitions we have a competitive community and also members who are happy to not compete and just get fit and strong.
