Do you want to get fit and healthy whilst having a heap of fun surrounded by a great community? There are so many advantages to choosing CrossFit and you don't have to be a super-fit athlete to give it a go!
If you're a complete beginner, the Inner City CrossFit team has got your back with this 4-week program...no pressure, loads of support PLUS you can bring a friend for free AND pick your days and times!
Your beginner onboarding program will have 8 x 45 minute classes running over four weeks. During this time we will teach you how to safely and correctly perform the fundamental movements and techniques involved in CrossFit, how to scale movements to your abilities and how to get great results out of your regular training.
Our friendly coaches will motivate, inspire and look after you. Not to mention, each class will be loads of fun.
PLUS you can bring a friend to join you for free AND pick the days and times which best suits you!
Classes run for a total duration of 45 minutes but it's not high intensity for the full class. You will go through a dynamic warm up, spend some time on a skill or strength component, then finish with a workout.
There's no need to rush off straight afterwards. We have a dedicated cool down and stretch area for our members plus the space to chat with your new friends afterwards.
