With so many benefits of doing CrossFit, it's no wonder it's surging in popularity! However, if you're a complete beginner, you'll need to learn how to safely execute the fundamental movements involved in CrossFit before jumping right in.
Which is why the Inner City CrossFit team has created a 4-Week Beginners Onboarding Program, so you can get straight into our CrossFit workouts and kickstart a rewarding journey into CrossFit!
To join the 4-Week Beginners CrossFit Onboarding Program, you need to have worked out in a gym before and have done some strength training.
From there, the CrossFit Onboarding Program features the following group classes to cover all the movements required for CrossFit:
Gymnastics – 3 classes in 4 weeks
Weight Lifting – 3 classes in 4 weeks
CrossFit – 3 classes in 4 weeks
Strength – 2 classes in 4 weeks
Our friendly coaches will guide you through these movements and tick off your required classes to make sure you're ready for our CrossFit workouts. PLUS you'll also have unlimited access to all our other classes during this Program, so you can experience everything we have to offer!
You can choose the times that best suit you and with over 100 classes per week, you'll be sure to find a class that fits into your schedule.
